David Kinloch & Co. are a small friendly legal office operating from the north side of Glasgow.
Our Mr Kinloch set up the business over 20 years ago and we are predominantly court based solicitors.
David Kinloch & Co. cover all courts in Scotland
from the High Court and Court of Session in Edinburgh down to the local Justice of the Peace Court.
David Kinloch & Co. are registered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board both in respect of Criminal Defence Work and in respect of Civil Legal Aid work. We are inspected as are most solicitors every 18 months by the Scottish Legal Aid Board and we pass their inspection with the highest grade.
As David Kinloch & Co. are situated a mile and a half or so outside Glasgow City Centre our legal rates for private clients are not as high as some of the City Centre Firms.
We can pass on our savings on overheads to our clients.
